The car park is owned and maintained by the Saxlingham Nethergate Village Hall “the Hall”.
The car park at the Village Hall is exclusively available to users and hirers of the Hall. Vehicle owners park and use their vehicles in the car park at their own risk. The Village Hall and any hirers cannot guarantee the security of any vehicle or its contents.
All vehicles must comply with legal road requirements, including possessing a valid MOT certificate and appropriate Road Tax. In cases of antisocial behaviour or misuse of the car park, the Hall reserves the right to prohibit individuals and/or specific vehicles from accessing the facility. Additionally, the hall retains the authority to close the car park at anytime.
Please ensure your vehicle is securely locked and properly protected. The Village Hall accepts no liability for loss or consequences resulting from failure to secure your vehicle adequately.
Any vehicle left in the car park for more than seven days without prior agreement may be considered abandoned. The Village Hall reserves the right to engage lawful authorities for removal, or, if unable to identify the registered keeper, may arrange for removal and disposal or sale of the abandoned vehicle. Proceeds from auctioned vehicles will be donated to the Village Hall Charity.
